Green Light Films is a Kyiv-based all-rights distribution company founded in September 2023 by the holding group that hosts the Multiplex chain of cinemas.
As the Ukraine-centered company, Green Light Films is dedicated to building direct acquisition connections and distributing all rights for a diverse slate of international commercially-minded and prestige festival titles with a strong theatrical potential for the territory of Ukraine as well as supporting local filmmakers as the reliable theatrical or all-rights partner and co-producer.

Green Light Films is the latest initiative of the holding company with focus on the creative sector including the largest chain of cinemas Multiplex and One Trade Company, content investment outlet.
Multiplex, is a chain of 25 cinemas of 148 screens in 12 cities and towns of Ukraine, which makes Multiplex the leader of the local cinema market in terms of capacity, regional coverage and amount of visitors per year accounting for 42+% of box office in Ukraine.
Multiplex has been ranked #27 in top50 European cinemas by "Giants Of Exhibition: Europe" 2023 report prepared by The International Union of Cinemas (UNIC) and Boxoffice Pro.
Founded in 2004 and run by the board to ensure the professional corporate practices and technological leadership, Multiplex is the home of 800+ employees. The company had successfully coped with the challenges of the pandemic period and is courageously dealing with the context of the full scale invasion by delivering.
